Learn from Farzana as she leads the ERG Summit on Thursday, Aug. 11.  Farzana is NAAAP’s National Director of ERG Relations.

Farzana Nayani is Director of Client Engagement for Language & Culture Worldwide (LCW), an intercultural training, consulting, and translation firm.  She has been a consultant to Fortune 500 companies on diversity and inclusion, intercultural communication, and employee engagement, and is a frequency requested guest speaker. Farzana has been invited to the White House to represent the voice of Asians Americans at meetings discussing national business initiatives and government policy. She has formerly worked with LEAP, Asian Pacific Islander Small Business Program, and the Asian Business Association. In these positions, Farzana previously served as a business advisor for the U.S. Small Business Administration for 7 years and has worked on Supplier Diversity programs with corporations in the entertainment, automotive, utility, and banking industries.

As National Director of ERG Relations for NAAAP, Farzana founded NAAAP’s signature National ERG Summit and Leadership Symposium programs that have been going strong for over 3 years. She also serves as Board Director for SIETAR USA, and as member of the Diversity Taskforce for PIHRA. She holds a Master’s Degree in Communication and Management from the University of Hawai`i at Manoa and the esteemed East-West Center. She has been featured in DiversityInc Magazine and the LA Times and is based in Los Angeles, CA with her husband and 2  young sons.
