Session #402: Leadership Boot Camp II: “Successfully Engaging in Difficult Conversations”

Conflicts arise daily in our work in varying degrees. With the expectation to act professionally no matter the given situation, these conflicts can be challenging to navigate, especially when emotions are high. Through this practical, culture-based workshop, participants will learn skills and techniques to effectively engage in difficult workplace interactions and manage conflict to achieve an acceptable solution.
