Thursday ERG Summit
The Summit is a premier event that helps professionals from Asian Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) across the country elevate their companies by taking their ERGs to the next level. Speakers will focus on how to invigorate a company’s ERG so it bolsters the company’s strategic business objectives.
Please note: An additional ticket required to attend the Executive Luncheon portion of the ERG Summit. This luncheon is not included in a Convention Pass. However, all afternoon ERG Summit panels are included in the Convention pass. All ERG Summit activities including the Executive Luncheon are included in the ERG Summit / Thursday Day Pass.

Best Practices Showcase & ERG Strategic Planning Session
This working session will allow attendees to focus on the development of their own ERGs. Through an “ERG Showcase”, facilitators will lead ERG members and leaders to share best practices at their own companies, and will guide participants through exercises with key takeaways that will ultimately contribute to the strategic planning of their own ERGs. This session will be kickstarted with wisdom and knowledge from Mr. Erby L. Foster, Jr., Director of Diversity & Inclusion, The Clorox Company.
