Thank you for your interest in registering for the 2014 NAAAP Convention. Here are a few things you need to know as you get started:

1. Individuals may register as NAAAP members or guests.   There is a significant price break for members, so why not consider joining one of our 27 chapters with a year of benefits as well as a worthwhile discount on the Convention. Click here to locate your nearest chapter. Members should have a discount code to register for the Convention. Discount code should be entered as “Promotional Code” at the beginning of the process, on the EventBrite price selection page, immediately above the “Register” button.Individual prices:

   Student Rate: $400 Full Pass
   ERG Lunch Add-On: $50 (Sep. 4, 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.)
   City Experience ticket $55 (Sep. 5, 6:00-11:00 p.m.)

2. NAAAP is pleased to host the NAAAP Employee Resource Group (ERG) Summit, a one-day special kick-off for the Convention, on Thursday, September 4.  Full-registration, all-events Convention pass holders have access to the ERG Summit sessions and may add the Thursday ERG Lunch as an add-on.

3. Group discounts are available and must be pre-approved by NAAAP Business Development Officer.  Click here to inquire.
4. If you are attending only the Career Fair and wish to meet 35+ recruiters, please read more about FREE attendance and pre-registration.
5. Convention Refund Policy
   NAAAP will be able to refund Convention ticket passes if requested in writing or email at least 14 days before the beginning of the Convention (before 7:45 AM on Aug. 21, 2014). Cancellations will be refunded at 100% of the purchase price (noting any promotional discounts) minus a $50 processing fee. After the Cancellation Cutoff time, you may not cancel or receive a refund, you may only provide a proxy or substitute person to use your ticket(s) by emailing that name to registration@naaapconvention.org.
