Benjamin Chulaluxsiriboon is a leadership development specialist at the Northrop Grumman (NG) Corporation, a leading global security company providing innovative systems, products and solutions in unmanned systems, cyber, C4ISR, and logistics and modernization to government and commercial customers worldwide.

In this role, Chulaluxsiriboon is responsible for supporting the development of women & executive leadership across the enterprise, facilitating management inclusion training and employee resource group (ERG) optimization. Prior to assuming his current assignment, Chulaluxsiriboon supported employee development for the Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance and Targeting business area of NG Electronic Systems. While working at NG Aerospace Systems, he managed the sector intern program, founded the new graduate acclimation program, and led the acquisition of talent for the Software and Systems Engineering business areas.

Chulaluxsiriboon has presented leadership development workshops at the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE) National Conference, Regional SHPE Leadership Conferences, University of California, Los Angeles, University of Southern California, California Polytechnic University, Purdue University, and the Mountain Pacific Association of Colleges and Employers (MPACE). His 2014 Northrop Grumman Women Empowerment Panel was featured in the Wall Street Journal (WSJ) and CNN Money on Aug 5th.

Chulaluxsiriboon earned a bachelor’s degree in sociology with a concentration in statistical modeling from the University of California, Los Angeles. He is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Six Sigma Black Belt – Process Effectiveness, and holds certifications in: Systems Engineering and Project Management.

Northrop Grumman CorporationChris Higa is currently a Talent Acquisition (TA) manager for Northrop Grumman Corporation, Aerospace Systems Sector. His management responsibilities include supporting staffing needs of the Engineering and Global Product Development and the Global Logistics and Operational Support organizations. These two organizations represent over 10,000 employees which is half the size of the sector. In 2013, Chris and his team of recruiters hired over 1300 employees. He has managed strategic programs for TA such as University Relations and Recruiting. He is actively involved in leadership roles with external organizations such as American Society for Engineering Education (ASEE) and National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE). In 2011, Chris was awarded the Asian American Engineer Of the Year Award, Distinguished Corporate Diversity.

Before joining the Talent Acquisition organization in 2008, Chris’ previous career was in engineering. His last role was that of a multi-discipline manager responsible for technical, multi-million dollar budget, schedule and staffing requirements on a critical classified program. Chris also served as a functional section manager responsible for engineer’s career growth, development and performance appraisals for the Structural Engineering department.

Chris received his Bachelor of Science, Mechanical Engineering, degree from California State University Long Beach in 1989. He worked through school at McDonnell Douglas starting in 1986 in the Electrical Materials and Process laboratory as an associate engineer. His wife of 23 years and 3 children, along with his faith, are what he considers most important.

Tony Tran

Tony Tran is a technical recruiter and has worked in a broad variety of industries including aerospace, medical device, consumer electronics, food & agriculture, and biotechnology. His expertise includes talent acquisition, contingent staffing, college/university recruitment, and compensation.

Tony’s experience includes working for notable organizations such as Beats by Dr. Dre, Hewlett Packard, Starkey Labs, Cargill and Aerotek. Currently he works at the Jet Propulsion Lab (JPL), one of NASA’s centers for excellence in robotics and space exploration. At JPL he is responsible for identifying and hiring some of the world’s leading scientists and engineers for work on the Lab’s numerous satellite projects.

Tony earned a bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts with a concentration in film & photography from the University of Minnesota, which he never really uses anymore. He also holds an AIRS certification in sourcing.

Aaron Vizcarra is a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Southern California Edison (SCE), a subsidiary of Edison International (EIX). He works for one of the nation’s largest electric utilities, which delivers power to more than 14 million customers throughout a 50,000 square-mile area which spans through central, coastal and Southern California. Just like the communities around, SCE is interested in conserving energy, doing their part to protect the environment, and giving back. SCE is the nation’s largest wind energy delivery infrastructure, and it’s one of many strategic investments they’re making to provide more renewable power.

In his current role, Aaron is responsible for partnering with hiring managers and business leaders to develop strategic sourcing strategies targeting active and passive diversity job seekers. He performs full-cycle recruitment activities using traditional and non-traditional sourcing techniques to include researching and identifying markets to tap for qualified talent.  Aaron’s main clients are Corporate, Transmission & Distribution, Customer Service, Regulator Affairs, and Edison International. She is a Human Resource and Administration professional with strong competencies in applicant tracking systems, operations and metrics, HR policies and procedures, sourcing and recruiting techniques, compensation, company branding, managing career fairs, campus events, and working with leadership to execute staffing goals and understand Talent Acquisition processes.

Mariann graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Accounting, and Managing People and Technology with an emphasis in Human Resources from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. Mariann has been a recruiter for more than 6 years (Aerospace, Defense and Federally Funded Research Development Center). She has recruited for touch labor, experienced, and university hires in both technical and non-technical disciplines.
