Albert K. Shen

Mr. Albert K. Shen is National Deputy Director of the Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA.) In this role, Mr. Shen serves as the principal advisor to the National Director and assists in managing the day-to-day operations of the $30M agency. At MBDA he is leading the agency on legislative and intergovernmental policy priorities on government contracting, international trade, access to capital and various national economic development initiatives for minority communities. He serves as the US Department of Commerce representative to the White House Initiative on Asian American and Pacific Islanders Inter-agency Working Group and also serves on the White House Supply Chain Innovation Initiative.
