Meet Hans in Session #501: How to Become Your Own CEO on Saturday, Aug. 13, 11:00 AM -12:10 PM

Hans H. Huang is Chief Legal Officer of NAAAP and for his day job, the Chief Legal Officer of Kaufman Lynn Construction, Inc., one of the largest construction companies headquartered in Florida.  His legal career includes representing and working with some of the fastest growing companies and their executives throughout the World, from publicly traded e-commerce companies to technology and pharmaceutical organizations; from local restaurants to national specialty food or franchise organizations; from utility companies to financial institutions.  Hans gained an understanding of fiduciary duties and responsibilities in part, by focusing on his Securities Fraud Litigation practice, which led to speaking engagements and advising entrepreneurs regardless of their stage of development, from the local client drop shipping cleaning supplies through a website to career engineers attempting to commercialize military applications of their inventions; from athletes opening wineries to commercial real estate endeavors.

Hans H. Huang caught the entrepreneurial bug in 2004 with his first restaurant venture.  Since 2004, Hans has developed two restaurant and hospitality organizations operating six concepts (7 and 8 on the way), while also assisted with setting up a franchise system for a women’s “rustic chic” clothing store.  He is currently developing a budding commercial and residential property venture while spending most of his time sitting on UNC-Chapel Hill’s Board of Visitors.
