Meet Chief Madduma in Session #202: Bold Questions for Senior Leaders on Friday, Aug. 12 at 10:50 AM -12:00 Noon.

Chief Gerald Madduma was a native of the City of Manila, Republic of the Philippines. His family immigrated to the United States in 1990. He graduated from Downey High School CA in 1993 and enlisted in the Navy in August of 1994.

He spend his Navy career working various platform to include USS America CV 66, USS Paul Milius DDG 69, Reserve Assault Craft Unit 5, Navy Recruiting Districts San Diego, San Francisco and Minneapolis.  He is now currently serving as the Department Leading Chief Petty Officer Diversity and Navy City Outreach for Navy Recruiting Command.

Chief Madduma  holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and his personal awards include a Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal (2 awards), Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal (7 awards), Good Conduct Medal (5 awards), Navy Reserve Meritorious Service Medal and various campaign and service awards.
