About NAAAP

We Build Leaders.

The National Association of Asian American Professionals is a non-profit organization that cultivates and empowers Asian & Pacific Islander leaders through professional development, community service, and networking.

Broad Reach.

As the largest and fastest growing API professionals association, NAAAP continues to provide its members with the tools and resources to further career advancements and to empower Asians and Pacific Islanders to become great leaders as well as valuable employees. NAAAP is active in more than 30 cities in North America.  Chapters work regularly with the National Administration and its partners* and gain invaluable insights at the National Leadership Academy (in winter timeframe) and the Convention, ERG Summit, and Expo in the summertime.

National Programs.

NAAAP’s national programs include the Leadership Convention and Expo, Employee Resource Group program, Women in NAAAP, NAAAP 100 Honors, Career Center (free for job seekers), ALIST Magazine, and National Webinar Series.  NAAAP chapters initiate and tailor programs to meet regional needs as well. A few NAAAP chapters organize signature programs like San Francisco’s Gateway to Leadership Conference, Atlanta’s Chopsticks for Charity, Northeast Leadership Conference (multi-chapter), and Toronto’s Night Market.
