NAAAP’s ERG Summit is the premier event that helps executives and Asian Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) across North America elevate their companies by taking their ERGs to the next level.  Executive speakers, ERG leaders, and participants will provide practical insights into expanding the ERGs’ membership, programs, reach, and results.

Now in its third year, the 2016 ERG Summit will include an Executive Panel Session, Best Practices for ERG Leaders, Breakout Discussion on Key Issues with ERGs and more.  The ERG Summit focuses on Asian ERGs band is open to ERGs with diverse members and at various stages of development.
