This session is tailored to those who are eyeing the executive suite but need the subtle polish and sophistication necessary for an executive presence.

Participants are not lacking in technical expertise or business savvy, but still need to hone their interpersonal leadership skills. This session works from the inside-out on various topics including leadership skills with integrity; creating trust and credibility; leading by example; communicating with clarity and impact; nailing nonverbal communication; motivating and morale building; and much more.
