\nNAAAP will be able to refund Convention ticket passes if requested in writing or email at least 14 days before the beginning of the Convention (before 7:45 AM on Aug. 21, 2014). Cancellations will be refunded at 100% of the purchase price (noting any promotional discounts) minus a $50 processing fee. After the Cancellation Cutoff time, you may not cancel or receive a refund, you may only provide a proxy or substitute person to use your ticket(s) by emailing that name to registration@naaapconvention.org<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
