Student

Only full time enrolled students are eligible and must be qualified before registering. Qualification steps:

1. Email your name, full school name and state, email address and full date of birth to registration@naaapconvention.org and we will verify you electronically through the National Student Clearinghouse. If we are unable to verify you or your school does not participate we will require you to fax or email in an enrollment verification certificate.
2. Contact your school's registrar and request an Enrollment Verification form or certificate. Once you have the certificate please fax it to 866-441-9495 or email to registration@naaapconvention.org. Any costs imposed by your school's registrar are your responsibility.

Once you are qualified you may register for the student rate using the email address submitted. Note that all refund and cancellation policies apply.

Cancellation and Refund

Please review our cancellation and refund policies before you register.

• Refunds and cancellations are allowed before August 1, 2012 and are subject to a $75 cancellation fee
• No refunds or cancellations starting August 1st, any registrations made on or after August 1st are considered non-refundable
• Attendees may transfer or substitute registration at no additional charge, however if a member pass is transferred to a non-member, the new attendee must either become a member or pay the difference to the non-member rate.
