Subject: NAAAP Annual National Convention
Date:
The National Association of Asian American Professional (NAAAP) will host its 24th Annual National Convention and Diversity Career Fair at the Palace Hotel in San Francisco, CA on August 12-15, 2010.
I believe that my attending this conference would be an advantageous investment for both our company and myself. The NAAAP convention will offer leadership and professional development workshops with outstanding speakers who collectively have more than 700 years of business and leadership experience. I will have an opportunity to professionally benefit from the workshops on topics in women’s issues, innovation, skill building, management, and leadership.
Attendees of the conference can attend over 20 professional development and leadership seminars, hear inspiring keynote speakers, and attend networking sessions with various corporations. By helping promote professional growth and development, the NAAAP convention provides both attendees and sponsors an annual forum to contribute to the growth and vitality of the North American workforce and to the communities to which they serve. More than 1,000 attendees and over 50 corporate sponsors are expected at this year’s conference and diversity career fair.

- Professional development seminars which will help me to become a more effective team member

- Contribution to a worthy cause and demonstration of our company's commitment to diversity
