Women in NAAAP (WIN) is a special program created and developed to build competent and confident women leaders within NAAAP and within the Asian Pacific community. It focuses on the following objectives:
- Strengthening the women in NAAAP through specific leadership programming addressing stereotypes, assessing strengths/weaknesses and a holistic perspective of self from work/career to friends and co-workers, and family and community life.
- Stressing the importance of work-life balance and one’s personal journey in life from the perspective of being a woman and an Asian American woman in society today.
- Creating a plan to help women accomplish their goals and objectives.
- Building competencies and skills that will carry women beyond their current state and into a more productive, efficient, and satisfying tomorrow
- Helping you make the contributions you desire to give in the workplace and community!
- Supporting the Asian Pacific women leaders of tomorrow!
