Refund and Cancellation Policy
Cancellations before July 1, 2009 will be refunded the paid amount minus a $40 administrative fee (except for the Leadership Institute which as a $10 fee)
Cancellations between July 1, 2009 and August 1, 2009 will be refunded but assessed a 50% cancellation fee.
No cancellations or refunds will be issued after August 1, 2009.
Substitution Policy
If you wish to substitute your convention registration, you will need to contact the convention registration team. NAAAP will allow another individual to substitute for your specific admission type at no cost. If you change the admission item or type, you will be responsible for any applicable increase in fees.
Incorrect Fee Policy
If you are not receiving the correct fee or price for your registration, please contact us at registration@naaapconvention.org. We will honor the pricing at the time you contact us should the quoted fee be incorrect on our part. For example, if you contact us and fees increase due to Early or Advance registration ending, we will honor the original price.
Discount Code Policy
Any discount codes provided to you must be applied at checkout time before you submit payment. We are unable to apply a discount code after you have already registered with the exception of sponsorship complimentary and exhibitor passes.
