MFHA "Showcase of the Stars" is a live interactive career exploration event developed and hosted by the Multicultural Foodservice & Hospitality Alliance. The event brings together diverse industry professionals to educate, motivate and inspire individuals to pursue careers in the foodservice and hospitality industry.
Industry leaders from all career levels and backgrounds participate in the event, providing a wide variety of perspectives and experiences to inspire the audience to pursue a career in the industry
Traditionally, MFHA’s target audience has been high school and college students. Starting 2008, we aim to expand our reach to include those experienced workers that may be looking for a change, underemployed individuals and others.
