Come to the NAAAP Diversity Career Fair

The NAAAP Convention hosts a two day Diversity Career Fair featuring many of our sponsors and local businesses. The Career Fair is FREE for all job seekers...as long as you are registered on the NAAAP Career Center (which is free).

If you Register Now and upload your resume, the Career Fair companies will have a chance to review your information before this event even starts!

HOW TO REGISTER FOR FREE:

Advance Online Registration 

  • Log onto the NAAAP Job Board
  • Submit your basic information and your resume 
  • Give Career Fair companies and others a chance to review your resume earlier
  • Avoid on-site registration lines
  • Print out confirmation of your NAAAP Job Board registration and get Express Entry to the Career Fair
  • Be included in the digital Resume Book given to the Career Fair companies
  • Allow other NAAAP Job Board companies not at the Career Fair a chance to recruit you
  • Get your name on the advance registration Express Entry list
  • Have your resume distributed to all the Career Fair companies

On-site Registration

  • Show up early to sign up on the Career Fair Registration computers
  • Log into the NAAAP Job Board
  • Submit your basic information and your resume 
  • Print out confirmation of your NAAAP Job Board registration
  • Your confirmation is your admission to the Career Fair
  • Upload your digital resume for the Career Fair companies to view after the show

HINTS:

  1. Dress appropriately
  2. Bring several copies of your resume
  3. Register in advance to save time
  4. Come early...we will have over 60 companies for you to visit!
  5. Food is available in the hotel or at the Westfield Mall Food Court across the street
  6. Check out the rest of the NAAAP Convention!

FAQ:
1..What if I can't attend the Career Fair?
     Submit your information on the NAAAP Job Board.  The Career Fair companies will still be able to review your information.  But do it soon!
2.  What companies will be able to see my information & resume?
     All Career Fair companies will be able to access your information via the NAAAP Job Board.  Also, hundreds of other registered companies will be able to review your information once your register.
3.  Will the exhibiting companies be posting jobs on the NAAAP Job Board?
    Some companies will post their jobs on the NAAAP Job Board.  Other companies will only be reviewing the resumes that are submitted to the NAAAP Job Board.
4.  Why should I come?
     Many companies prefer to interview potential candidates in-person instead of reviewing resumes.  You will also have the chance to find out information on specific companies and their available job opportunities.
5.  What type of candidates are the companies seeking?
     The Career Fair companies are looking for a wide range of jobseekers.  Some companies are looking for recent college grads.  Others are looking for candidates with managment or executive experience.  Many are looking for diversity and multi-lingual candidates.  Some companies are looking for local hires.  Others have jobs across the country and internationally.  There is a huge variety of industries and companies participating...and they are looking for YOU!
