1. Please provide high-resolution (at least 300 dpi) EPS, TIFF or PDF files in the following sizes (must be in actual size) :
- Platinum and Gold Sponsors — Full page: 7″W x 9.5″ H
- Silver Sponsors — Half page: 7″W x 4.75″ H
- Bronze Sponsors — Quarter page: 3.4″W x 4.75″ H (this size may also be purchased regardless of sponsorship level)
2. The convention program guide will be created on a Mac platform. Acceptable file formats are Adobe PDF, Adobe Illustrator CS2 and InDesign CS2 files.
3. All artwork must include fonts and image files. Convert text into outline whenever possible.
4. The design should be in black and white. NO BLEEDS, please. Please ensure that your file has already been finalized and approved before sending. Your file will be printed AS IS.
5. ZIP or Stuff files before emailing to prevent data corruption. You may also burn the files onto a CD and mail directly to the convention design team. Please include your designer’s name and contact information with your submission so we can follow up directly if there are any issues with the files.

1. Submit one corporate logo in color and one in black and white.2. Acceptable file format are AI, EPS or PSD files. ALL participants (sponsors AND exhibitors) must provide this to be included in our acknowledgement section in the convention program guide. 3. Logos are also required for companies who have committed to promotional products that will be given away during the convention.

If you have been accepted to speak by our Speakers and Workshops committee or have been identified by your organization as a speaker for the convention, please provide a bio (MS Word file) of no more than 150 words and a headshot photo to be included in our convention guide.1. Acceptable file format are high-resolution (at least 300 dpi) JPG or PSD files in the following sizes:
- Headshot: 2″ x 2″
- Group: 4″ x 6″
