The National Association of Asian American Professionals (NAAAP), is a nonprofit, 501(c)(3) organization where Asian American and Asian Candadian professionals from across the country, can work together to enhance North American Asian leadership in our careers and the communities that we live and serve in. We serve to educate not only our members through professional development but also raise Asian American awareness in corporate America and ensure that Asian Americans are included in diversity programs. As a charitable and community-based organization, we also actively engage our members in volunteer and charity work within their communities.

As the largest and fastest growing North American Asian professional organization, NAAAP continues to provide its members with the tools and resources to further career advancements and to empower Asian Americans and Asian Candadians to become great leaders as well as reliable employees.

In order to achieve our goals, NAAAP offers a diverse range of professional development programs on the local and national level, engages its membership in community service and organizes professional networking events. These may range from a series of panels, workshops and seminars. As a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, we also seek to promote the active participation of Asian Americans and Asian Canadians in society through community service.

NAAAP’s Vision

NAAAP is the proving ground for North American Asian professionals, forging leaders of tomorrow through professional development, cultural awareness and community service.
